We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you connect your user account to a third-party connection or log-in, that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to Ambition Media. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account, an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the Ambition Media Service. You may also unlink your third party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the third party service. If you unlink your third party account, we will remove the information collected about you in connection with that service. Prior to unlinking your account, be aware that this may render your dashboard and various Ambition Media services not usable.

- Collection of Information

Ambition Media also collects “Non-Personal Information” about you. “Non-Personal Information” means information that is not Personal Information, including without limitation aggregated and anonymous information.
When a user enters Personal Information to the Service for use on the Service or for use on a third party website (each, a “Social Site”), Ambition Media saves the Personal Information. Ambition Media also uses received information from 3rd parties which we’ve outlined below.

conducting audits and performing web analytics), market Ambition Media products and services to you (for example, to send you messages concerning new Ambition Media services or Ambition Media special offers), and to perform the Service (for

Ambition Media reserves the right to transfer information (including your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information) to a third party in the event of a reorganization, spin-out, sale, merger, or transfer of some or all of the assets of
our company, or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership of our business.
- Accessing and Updating Personal Information
When you use our Service, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your Personal Information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backups), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case, where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children less than 13 years of age. Nor do we authorize children less than 13 years of age to use the Service. We utilize a number of information security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. - Your California Privacy Rights
A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom she or he has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed her or his Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed.
Currently, we do not intend to share your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
